I reserve the right to refuse to groom a dog if I feel myself or the dog is at risk. A muzzle may be used during the groom if I feel it necessary.

Please inform me before grooming commences if your dog has any medical, behaviour or aggressive issues.

According tho the Animal Welfare Act 2006, 15 minutes is the maximum amount of time given to humanely de-matt a dog during a grooming session. Dogs needing more than this should be shaved/clipped off and a new grooming schedule arranged.

If you are unhappy/dissatisfied with any aspect of your dog’s groom please let me know before I leave your premises. Reasonable changes can only be dealt with up to one week later.

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel/re-arrange your appointment. Failure to do this will result in 50% of the fee being charged.

Your dog may be photographed before, during and after their groom and the images may be used on my website or Facebook page. Please inform me before grooming if you are unhappy with this.

I do not accept cheques. Payment is due on completion of your dog’s groom.
